Best Software ACT! Corporate License Program

The ACT! CLP is designed to provide simple and flexible volume-based pricing. You purchase licenses through the ACT! CLP at a price level based on the total the number of points the ACT! New Licenses, Upgrade Licenses and/or Upgrade Assurance that you wish to acquire.  Each product in the ACT! CLP has a corresponding point value assigned to it. The minimum purchase for a CLP order is 10 points. After placing your order, you'll receive a License Certificate outlining the details of your purchase and a media pack which includes an ACT! CD and User's Guide.

The ACT! CLP also offers the Upgrade Assurance licensing option. ACT! Upgrade Assurance gives you the right to use the most current version of ACT! for one year from the date of purchase. Customers make a single, up-front payment that qualifies them for free copies of new version upgrades released during the covered period

Under the ACT! CLP, the order must meet the volume license order minimum of 10 points (composed of New Licenses, Upgrade Licenses and/or Upgrade Assurance). The quantity purchased sets the price level. For this reason, end-users are strongly encouraged to purchase as many points as possible and to purchase Upgrade Assurance. The more an end-user purchases, the higher price level and discount they receive. To keep the licensing program simple and straight forward, ACT! does not allow for previous purchases to apply toward reaching a higher discount level on new orders.
