The Software Procurement Option that Speaks Your Language

The Nuance Open License Program (OLP) is a convenient, easy to use volume purchasing program designed to enable organizations of any size to cost effectively procure Nuance products and support.

Each product included in the OLP is assigned a point value. The more licenses committed to in the initial purchase, the better the discount going forward. For maximum benefit, you’ll want to determine your needs for at least the first six months, and purchase accordingly. You must purchase one license for every individual who will be using the software.

This discount level for the OLP is guaranteed for a two-year period from the initial date of purchase. If a follow-up purchase is larger than the initial purchase and would warrant an improved discount, Nuance suggests that this order be placed as a new initial order, and the 2 year period begins again.

Requirements:
1. An initial order of 50 points is required to achieve the first tier discount (a re-order is 20 points)
2. Any combination of Nuance Open License products may be used to reach the volume purchase minimum
3. A license must be purchased for all imaging products
4. A license must be purchased for every user profile for all Dragon NaturallySpeaking products

What the Customer Receives
With each initial open license order, one set of media and documentation is provided. Please note that one headset is provided for each license of Dragon NaturallySpeaking. With each order a license certificate is provided that details the licenses, upgrade assurance and technical support purchased on the order. Additional media, documentation, upgrade assurance, and technical support may be purchased separately at an additional charge.

Upgrade Assurance (optional)
Upgrade Assurance is available in one year increments and gives the customer the right to use the most current version for the specified time period. The cost of Upgrade Assurance is a fixed amount (no pro-rating) and once purchased is required for all future purchases of that product. Nuance will automatically ship one CD of the most current upgrade as it becomes available.

Technical Support (optional)
Once purchased, the customer can name two contacts who may call into Technical Support an unlimited number of times for the term of 1 year. 1 year term begins with initial purchase of technical support for the product. Technical Support for additional seats of the same product ends on anniversary date of initial purchase.
