Who would purchase?

Business or government organizations who want to license 100% of their employees or CPUs on all FileMaker products.

 

Program Overview

This is a site-wide technology license for all CPU’s in a company, subsidiary, or standalone entity. No signed contracts required.One year of Maintenance is included with each SLA.

 

Products Available

FileMaker Pro 9, FileMaker Pro 9 Advanced, FileMaker Server 9, FileMaker Server 9 Advanced, and FileMaker Mobile 8.

 

Customer Eligibility

An eligible site is defined as a whole company, subsidiary, or standalone entity that has 50 or more employees or CPUs, with a unique taxpayer ID number or equivalent. Tax ID must accompany the SLA order.

 

Minimum Initial Order

50 seats. Pricing is based on the total number of CPUs or employees, whichever is lower.

 

Mix & Match

The SLA includes FileMaker Pro, FileMaker Pro Advanced, FileMaker Server, FileMaker Server Advanced, and FileMaker Mobile.

 

Platforms

All FileMaker VLA/SLA media contains both Mac and Windows

 

Re-order Qualifications

Customers may order additional seats anytime within the one year term of their agreement as their company or subsidiary grows in size.

 

Maintenance

One year of Maintenance is included with each SLA purchase. Renewal Maintenance can be purchased in one or two year terms.

 

Non-profit

Non-profit pricing is not available with a SLA.

 

Upgrade Qualifications

SLA customers automatically receive all upgrades shipped by FileMaker during the period of the Maintenance.

 

Media & Doc sets

  • One media set CD is included with each order. This CD includes the software agreement, product, and electronic documentation as a PDF file.
  • Additional media can be requested with the order at no charge.
  • Doc sets can be purchased at an additional cost and must be included with the order.
