Corel Contractual Licensing (CCL) Program Details
Customer Profile
CCL is specially designed for medium - to large-sized
organizations that can utilize
the advantages of a centrally negotiated discount
pricing
structure.
How to Qualify
A minimum initial purchase of $25,000 is required at the
time the contract is signed.
(Academic Minimum purchase is $10,000) The initial order
can be a mix of new, upgrade, Maintenance, products, training,
consulting
and support services.
Term
Under CCL, you're required to sign a one- (1) year
agreement. If the
agreement is
not renewed, it expires one year after the Effective Date.

CCL.

Maintenance
- Make
the most of your Corel software investment by taking advantage of Maintenance-the
flexible, cost-effective route to software support and upgrade
protection. Maintenance must be purchased in conjunction with your
product license. Maintenance is designed to ensure that your software
is kept current, supported, convenient and up to date. It
offers
numerous entitlements, including the following:
Upgrade Fulfillment - Receive
the latest version of your Corel software as soon as it is
issued,
for two years following the date of your Maintenance purchase.
Support - Receive
one Premium support incident for every 20 Maintenance licenses purchased.
Premium support includes a toll-free number to call for assistance
and a Support Account Manager designated to work with you on any
incidents. Additional Premium support incidents can be purchased as
needed by contacting your Corel
representative.
Backward licensing - You
may use licensed software one version back from the current version.This
permits all entitlements to current licensing programs to be
furnished
to customers using a previous version of the software.
Multilingual licensing - Software
will be issued in the language designated for your region. You may
request any other language available from Corel. If you require a language not available in your region, you
may contact your Corel representative
to obtain the required language (subject to
availability).
